Vendor Rules
- All permanent vendors are required to be in their spaces between 7:30 and 8:15 a.m. on Saturday and 7:00 and 7:45 on Sunday.
- All permanent vendors are allowed to miss one weekend a month for personal or business reasons (excepting inclement weather).
- All vendors are required to leave with their trash. Vendors are required to leave their booth clean upon departure. Trash receptacles are for customers only.
- Non-permanent vendors for either weekend day must arrive between 7:30 and 8:15 a.m., and see the market manager for an available space.
- Vendors are required to be packed and spaces vacated between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and 4:00 and 5:00 p.m. on Sundays, unless the market manager determines to close the market earlier.
- No amplified music is allowed.
- Sales of firearms and weapons are not permitted.
- Sales of produce, food and beverages only with permission of the market manager.
- Objectionable and offensive items will not be allowed at the market manager's discretion.
- Booths must be accessible to customers. Aisles must be kept open.
- The market is limited to antiques, collectibles or craftsmen who market their own goods.
- It is required to collect and turn in sales tax, either by providing the market manager with a Virginia Sales Tax ID # or submission of tax envelope at close of the day's business.
- Tents are allowed at the discretion of the market manager. Tents must be firmly secured. Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by tents.
- Rent is due upon request, no exceptions. Vendors may pay either by cash or by check written to the Arlington Flea Market.
- No trailers allowed.
